OverviewSmart Aroma Database™ is a reference database for aroma analysis by GC‑MS and GC‑MS/MS. It contains information on more than 500 aroma-related compounds, enabling objective evaluation and systematic analysis of aroma compounds from GC‑MS(/MS) data.
Key features- Automatic detection of aroma compounds from scan measurements with high accuracy: Automates peak detection and identification from GC‑MS scan measurements to improve accuracy and reduce manual interpretation time.
- Prioritisation of aroma-contributing compounds: Sensory descriptors and a sensitivity coefficient are registered for each compound to help narrow down and prioritise candidates that contribute to aroma.
- High-sensitivity targeted analysis using MRM and SIM: Measurement and data-analysis methods for MRM and SIM modes can be generated automatically to enable high-sensitivity targeted analyses.
