Description
Two-zone thermal shock test chamber designed for accelerated aging and rapid temperature cycling between extreme hot and cold zones. Intended to evaluate material durability, electrical reliability and assembly integrity for electronics, automotive, aerospace and advanced materials testing.

Overview
TS Series — Thermal Shock Resistance Test Equipment. CE marked and engineered to support EN 60068-2-14 and related international methods. Standard 12-month warranty and lifetime remote technical support. Suitable for laboratory, R&D, certification and production test environments.

Configurations

• Two-Chamber — Basket Transfer (Vertical Stack): Sample basket moves vertically between a hot chamber and a cold chamber for fast transfer times and high cycle throughput. Best for batch testing of small to medium DUTs requiring repeatable mechanical transfer.
• Single-Chamber — Static Sample (Airflow Switching): Single chamber with rapid hot/cold airflow switching; sample remains static, reducing mechanical stress—recommended for delicate, wired or fixtured assemblies. Supports RS-232 / RS-485 communication for data logging and automation.

• Fast recovery and transfer: recovery ≤ 5 min, conversion ≤ 5 sec.
• Three low-temperature grades (Type A/B/C). Standard high temperature to +150 °C; +200 °C option available.
• Programmable cycles up to 999 cycles and 999 hours per step (some controllers support up to 9999 cycles).
• Intuitive touch-screen controller with graphical program editor; automatic and manual shock modes.
• Cooling options: water-cooled or air-cooled compressors for enhanced cooling performance.
