Eccentric vibrating mills The ESM has proven its efficiency in a wide variety of applications and feed materials in the field of mechano-chemical activation & ultrafine grinding. Our single-tube eccentric vibrating mill provides diverse elliptical, circular & linear movements via an outward unbalanced drive. This creates high material impact stresses, especially at high amplitudes, for efficient milling. The design allows for reduced mill mass and energy consumption. Eccentric unbalance excitation ensures even wear distribution across the lower armouring. The mill is set into inhomogeneous vibrations via the three-phase direct drive & the exciter units, which lead to the high energy utilisation. The mill is filled with ground material via a pipe socket at the highest point of the grinding container & discharged at the lowest point at the other end of the grinding container. A perforated plate in the outlet prevents the grinding media from passing through.
