Description

Single Roller Mill EW-L Our Roller Mills have: A crushing ratio, usually 1:5 ... 1:15, whereby a maximum of 1:30 can be realized. An infinitely adjustable crushing gap, the crushing wall supported by pre-tensioned rubber elements allows infinitely variable adjustment of the crushing gap. Reversible overload protection: the spring assemblies allow the movable crushing wall to move out of the way when crushing smaller, uncrushable materials. Stepped arrangement of the crushing wall improves the feeding of coarse material Crushing bars on the roller, the height of which can be adjusted by shimming, thus improving the feed behavior and changing the throughput rate. The design as comb crushing bars offers further advantages in terms of feed behavior, especially with moist feed materials. Segmented housing enables the removal of a housing segment to replace the crushing bars and the wear plates on the roller body.
