Automatic Laboratory Disc Mill TS 1000-A We now make your work even easier: fill in the sample, grind & remove the ground sample in the beaker! This eliminates the need for your employees to handle heavy grinding vessels. 1. fill the sample material into the feed chute of the machine 2. start the machine 3. sample material falls into the grinding vessel and is crushed and homogenized according to the preset time and speed 4. emptying the grinding vessel into a sample container 5. dispensing the ground sample material into the sample container 6. rinsing the grinding vessel with compressed air and/or rinsing material The TS 1000-A can be upgraded to a fully automatic sample grinding station using optional sample magazines. All the operator has to do is fill the magazine with samples to be ground and remove the ground samples from the magazine.
