Product Overview
Power distribution unit that replaces conventional fuses and relays with programmable semiconductor devices. Compared with plug-in fuse boxes, it reduces volume by about 15% and weight by about 20%, while providing high reliability, programmability, maintenance-free operation, network connectivity and precise power management for vehicle electrical systems.

Features

• Energy management: Intelligent and scenario-based distribution of power to minimise unnecessary consumption, optimise equipment sleep/wake sequences and lower whole-vehicle energy use.
• Independent control and modular management: Programmable semiconductor switches control individual circuits to enable complex Vehicle Model Management (VMM) across the vehicle architecture and support OTA updates for design changes.
• Established protection strategy: Advanced protections against short circuit, reverse current/voltage, overtemperature, overvoltage, overcurrent, surge and pulse events. Protection response time under 150 μs with accuracy within 5%.
