Description
The pickling is a chemical operation used to remove the calamine, or flake from lamination, oxides (rust) and residues thermal treatments, by means of acid or alcaline solutions with the addition of surfactants and corrosion inhibitors.
The material after this treatment appears opaque, semibright and clean, free from oxidations.
