The PMP vacuum plate
The PMP vacuum plate is designed for palletizing and depalletizing jars and similar containers. Compatible with all vacuum heads, it is available in a range of materials, dimensions, thicknesses and hardnesses to meet industrial requirements.

Technical characteristics
The plates are manufactured from a foam substrate covered by a polymer coating bonded to a support (standard: wood). Standard thickness is 21 mm (foam + coating); other thicknesses and multiple dimensions are available to ensure correct mounting on the vacuum head.

Performance
Quick to change and adaptable to various supports and pallet layouts. Can be supplied perforated to match pallet patterns. Complete vacuum heads can be supplied according to technical specifications.

Customisation
Fully custom-made solutions: choice of support and foam dimensions for a precise fit with the vacuum head. Options include PVC support, bakelite-coated wood to prevent degradation, sealing strip between plate and vacuum head, silicone perimeter for improved airtightness, food-contact certified coatings, full-surface coating, aluminium profile to secure the coating, and adhesive strip for foam-only plates.
