Description
There are non-hydrocarbon, alkene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, metal hydronium, impurities, metal particles, asphaltene and colloid etc. harmful materials existed in used oil. These harmful substances are mutually as initiator, providing reagent and catalyst to each other. They’re oxidating, polymerizing under light, certain temperature, oxygen, the invariability of oil is destroyed and the oil appear as dark color and depositing.

Technological Process
The used oil firstly passes through filter for mechanical impurities removing and then flown in to physicochemical reaction kettle and react with catalyst water solution under normal temperature and pressure. The catalyzed oil will be pumped in to intermittent distillation kettle, which will be distilled under vacuum to have water, fuel oil, different cuts of lube base oil fractions cooled and collected. The residues could be used as fuel. Recirculating heating method is utilized in distillation, heat source connections could be electric power, fuel, natural gas, and coal etc. as per customer’s requirement. In addition, the waste gas from vacuum system will be purified before emission.
