The NXT modular tower consists of: the base, the light modules, and the sound module. NXT tower wiring base modules: - NPN/PNP versions: NXT WIRING BASE; - NFC-configurable versions: NXT WIRING BASE NFC and NXT PRO WIRING BASE; - IO-Link communication protocol version: NXT WIRING BASE IO-Link (2026). The NXT WIRING BASE features a common contact + 7 independent channels, allowing the assembly of up to 5 light modules + 1 sound module (2 channels for 12V and 24V versions – 1 channel for the 110/240V version). In the case of an NXT RGB light module, which occupies 4 channels, only one can be installed (plus optionally one single-color module and/or a sound module). NXT BASE NFC and NXT PRO WIRING BASE allow the tower to be configured via the MySirena App, selecting for each module the light effect, color (for NXT RGB and NXT PRO RGB versions), and sound type (if a sound module is present). With the NXT PRO WIRING BASE, only NXT PRO RGB modules can be used (max. 5 modules + 1 sound module). NXT BASE IO-Link uses the IO-Link communication protocol. By downloading the IODD file, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the tower are simplified. All wiring bases are supplied with a column end cap, in case the sound module is not used. NXT SOUNDER and NXT SOUNDER NFC are the piezoelectric sound modules for the NXT tower. - NXT SOUNDER provides 3 intermittent sounds with 12V and 24V bases, and 1 intermittent sound with the 110/240V base. - NXT SOUNDER NFC allows selection of 3 sounds from 12 available in the MySirena App. Light modules are available as fixed light (NXT STY) or flashing light (NXT FLA).
