Description

Overview
The SISE e-Therm W90 water temperature controller range provides stable temperature control for molds and industrial processes up to 90°C. Designed for injection molding and other technical applications, these units use components selected for industrial performance, reliability and safety compliance.

Variants & configurations
  • e-Therm W90 — compact 90°C range: chassis S (S6/9), M (M6/9/12/15/18), L (L9/18/27/36/45)
  • Pressurized water controllers — e-Therm W140 / W160 / W180 for higher-temperature/high-pressure applications
  • Oil temperature controllers — 180°C to 350°C range for high-temperature processes

Multizone and modular controllers
The MV3 Series multizone controllers (touchscreen 7''/10''/12'' optional) suit high-zone-count installations. Modular controllers (1ZX and 8 Series) provide single-zone and interchangeable dual-zone modules for small-zone counts and easy assembly.

Pressurized water controllers
e-Therm W140/W160/W180 units are specified for industrial environments requiring higher temperatures and pressures, with components selected for durability and compliance with safety standards.

Oil temperature controllers
Oil thermostats leverage SISE expertise to cover 180°C–350°C applications such as composite processing, calendering and chemical processes, with components chosen for high-temperature reliability.

Heat & Cool — Dyna Therm systems
Dyna Therm Heat & Cool systems (single or dual circuit) operate with water, pressurized water or oil to reduce cycle time and improve surface finish on parts requiring high-quality surfaces.

Sequential valve gate systems
SISE sequential valve gate solutions control 4 to 36 gates and include variants such as GC'TIMER, GC'ACCESS and GC'TECH (with pressure sensors and predictive PSP features). Systems can be delivered as complete packages with hydraulic units and manifolds.

Process monitoring and PSP / Cyclades M.E.S.
SISE PSP and Cyclades M.E.S. enable continuous process monitoring, incomplete-part detection, sequential control via cavity pressure/temperature measurement, and centralized data acquisition and analysis.

  • Benefits of PSP/Cyclades:
    • Reduced start-up costs
    • Easier production transfer between sites
    • Shorter process development times
    • Switchover control via machine/tool signals
    • Improved autonomy for data acquisition, analysis and interpretation
    • Incomplete-part detection using cavity pressure measurement
