Multizone Controllers (MV3 Series)The MV3 Series supports high zone counts with touchscreen options 7", 10" or 12" (optional). Intended for centralized control in automotive, medical/pharmaceutical, packaging and production of technical parts where many zones must be managed and monitored.
Modular Controllers (1ZX and 8 Series)Modular single-zone and interchangeable dual-zone modules (1ZX, 8 Series) provide compact, scalable control for low zone counts. Modules simplify assembly, maintenance and spare management in production environments.
Water Temperature Controllers — e-Therm W90The compact e-Therm W90 family (ambient-pressure water) is available in multiple frame sizes (examples: S6/9; M6/9/12/15/18; L9/18/27/36/45). Units are designed to meet applicable safety standards and deliver stable temperature regulation for injection molding, packaging and electrotechnical applications.
Pressurized Water Controllerse-Therm W140/160/180 series addresses high-temperature and pressurized circuits for demanding industrial environments, offering configurations suited to pressurized water systems in injection molding and related processes.
Oil Temperature ControllersOil temperature controllers (models covering ranges up to 180/350°C depending on configuration) are provided for high-temperature processes such as composites processing, calendaring and specialist plastic applications.
Heat & Cool / Dyna Therm SystemsDyna Therm single- and dual-circuit Heat & Cool systems reduce cycle time and improve surface finish by combining heating and cooling using water, pressurized water or oil in single or dual circuits.
Sequential Valve Gate ControlSISE sequential valve-gate systems (GC'TIMER, GC'ACCESS, GC'TECH) control 4 to 36 gates and can be supplied with hydraulic power units and manifolds. GC'TECH-PSP supports predictive quality analysis through pressure/temperature data.
Production & Process Monitoring (Cyclades M.E.S. and PSP)Cyclades M.E.S. and PSP solutions enable real-time production monitoring, traceability and process data acquisition for sequential control, defect detection and OEE/OPE improvement.
