A single-line lubrication system uses various metering nipples (0.01 up to 2.5 cm³) for the individual lubricant requirements of each lubrication points. A piston metering valve is positioned to ensure that the amount of lubricant is transferred accordingly. It is integrated with a pump that functions as the deliverer of the lubricant through the metering valves that leads to the lubrication points. The system can perform the task under the venting pressure of 2 to 70 bar and pressure ranging from 16 up to 315 bar. Moreover, the system is scalable due to its modular structure.
