The PICOSCALE Interferometer Controller is equipped with a narrow band laser source and the necessary electronics for processing and analyzing optical signals. Miniaturized sensor heads, functioning as a Michelson Interferometer, capture these signals. These sensors are connected to the control unit via optical fibers on up to three channels, facilitating non-contact, high-accuracy displacement measurements. The system’s robust firmware, user-friendly software, and a range of accessories make the integration of the PICOSCALE Interferometer Controller seamless, whether into new or pre-existing measurement configurations.
