OverviewThe HEVFe series are Hyper-clean electronic volumetric fillers designed for volumetric filling of flat products into PET bottles. Each filling valve is controlled by a dedicated flow meter to ensure accurate volume control and fast valve closure.
Main features- Dedicated high-precision flow meter for each filling valve
- Simplified filling valve with reduced gasket count and two-stage filling (slow + fast)
- No contact between filling valve and bottle during filling
- Interchangeable valve terminals to handle a wide range of products
- Reduced maintenance time and costs
Basic version — included features- 18" HMI touch screen with recipe management
- Direct format parameter control via HMI
- Tool-less quick changeover for bottle guide equipment
- Manual dummy bottles for cleaning and sanitization (automatic positioning on request)
- Product pump to maintain constant pressure during filling
- Compact welded frame for space saving and reduced transport volume

Operation — main process steps- 1 INFEED CONVEYOR: PET bottles are transported into the machine via an air conveyor; flow is regulated by a pneumatic gate that feeds the first star wheel.
- 2 TRANSFER: INLET - RINSER: Bottles are transferred by a rotating star wheel handling by the neck towards the rinser.
- 3 RINSER: Rinsing turret uses rubber grippers to invert the bottle and align the lip with the rinsing nozzle; nozzle dispenses water or air; each turret has a "no bottle–no spray" system.
- 4 TRANSFER: RINSER – FILLER: Neck-handled star wheel transfers bottles to the filling carousel.
- 5 FILLER: Gripper holds the bottle neck under the valve; electronic volumetric filling with magnetic flow meters for conductive products or Coriolis for non-conductive products; pulse counting controls valve closure; system includes "no bottle–no fill" protection.
- 6 TRANSFER: FILLER – CAPPER: Filled bottles move to the capping turret via rotating star wheel.
- 7 CAPPER: Caps fed by pick-and-place star wheel; capping head applies caps by rotation or pressure; includes "no bottle–no cap" protection.
- 8 OUTLET CONVEYOR: Rinsed, filled and capped bottles are conveyed out via an air conveyor with automatic height adjustment.
