The HEVFe series is an electronic volumetric filling system designed for volumetric filling of flat products into PET bottles according to HYPER CLEAN criteria. The machines are modular, compact and configured for hygienic operation, easy cleaning and maintenance.

Key features

Machines are available in various sizes and configurations: filler/capper, rinser/filler/capper or ECOBLOC® where the ENOBERG filler‑capper block is combined with SMI stretch‑blow moulders.

Operation

• 1. INFEED CONVEYOR: PET bottles are fed into the machine by an air conveyor; a pneumatic gate regulates flow to the first star wheel.
• 2. BOTTLE TRANSFER: INLET - RINSER: Bottles are transferred by a rotating star wheel, gripped by the neck, to the rinsing carousel.
• 3. RINSER: A rubber gripper inverts the bottle to align the lip with the rinsing nozzle; water or air is dispensed depending on product; each rinsing turret includes a "no bottle‑no spray" sensor.
• 4. BOTTLE TRANSFER: RINSER – FILLER: Bottles are moved by a neck‑handling star wheel to the filling carousel.
• 5. FILLER: The bottle is held under the filling valve by a neck gripper; filling is electronic volumetric with magnetic flow‑meters (EVF) for conductive products or Coriolis mass meters (EMF) for non‑conductive products; gauge and pulse counting control each valve; each filling turret has "no bottle‑no fill" protection.
• 6. BOTTLE TRANSFER: FILLER – CAPPER: Bottles are transferred to the capping turret by a star wheel handling by the neck.
• 7. CAPPER: Caps are fed and applied by the capping head (rotating or by‑pressure depending on cap type); "no bottle‑no cap" safety is provided.
• 8. OUTLET CONVEYOR: Rinsed, filled and capped bottles are discharged via an air conveyor with automatic height adjustment.
