The HEVFe series electronic volumetric fillers, built to HYPER CLEAN standards, perform precise volumetric filling of flat products into PET bottles. The system uses a dedicated flow meter for each filling valve and supports a wide range of bottle sizes and production speeds.

Operation and filling technology
The system uses electronic volumetric filling with magnetic flow-meters (EVF) for conductive products or Coriolis mass flow-meters (EMF) for non-conductive products. Each filling valve has an independent flow gauge that counts pulses and stops the valve when the preset volume is reached. Each turret includes a "no bottle - no fill" safety. Product is supplied from an external tank via pump.
