Overview
The HEVFe series (HYPER CLEAN) are electronic volumetric filling machines for PET bottles, engineered for hygienic operation, low maintenance and flexible handling of flat products across a wide production range. Machines support electronic volumetric filling (magnetic flow-meters) for conductive liquids and Coriolis mass flow-meters for non-conductive products.

Operation (process steps)

• 1 - INFEED CONVEYOR: PET bottles fed into the machine via air conveyor; flow controlled by pneumatic gate.
• 2 - BOTTLE TRANSFER: INLET → RINSER: Rotating star wheel transfers bottles by neck to rinsing carousel.
• 3 - RINSER: Bottle inverted by mechanical cam; nozzle applies water or air; each rinsing turret fitted with "no bottle-no spray" sensor.
• 4 - BOTTLE TRANSFER: RINSER → FILLER: Star wheel moves bottles to filling carousel.
• 5 - FILLER: Gripper holds bottle neck under valve; filling is electronic volumetric (magnetic flow-meters) for conductive products or Coriolis mass meters for non-conductive products; pulse/gauge control stops valve at set quantity; "no bottle-no fill" present on each turret.
• 6 - BOTTLE TRANSFER: FILLER → CAPPER: Star wheel transfers bottles to capping turret.
• 7 - CAPPER: Caps fed by pick-and-place star wheel and applied by rotating or pressure capping heads; each turret has "no bottle-no cap" protection.
• 8 - OUTLET CONVEYOR: Filled and capped bottles exit via air conveyor with automatic height adjustment.
