The self-supporting rubber screens make it possible to create screening decks without curvature, in order to obtain the best distribution of the material on the deck itself and a better screening result, even in the presence of large pieces of material. The screen consists of an internal steel reinforcement with rigid elements that forms the support structure, completely covered with rubber. Hence the screening element gets the right balance between robustness and elasticity. The screening area between the supports is sufficiently flexible to avoid clogging.
