SOVATEC anti-clogging ropes consist of flexible elements connected by rigid cylinders, both made of highly abrasion resistant polyurethane. Designed to be installed on vibrating screens, they are easy to assemble and are placed in the direction of the material flow by anchoring them to the top of the screen deck using a bolt-on anchor plate. They are particularly effective in the case of wet and sticky material, or material with a high percentage of fines, which tends, to progressively occlude the holes of the screens.
