Overview
The DN6.33x series are ultra-fast Ethernet/LXI digitizerNETBOX instruments offering 12-bit resolution and sampling rates from 3.2 GS/s up to 10.0 GS/s, available in multi-channel configurations up to 12 channels. These units pair very high-bandwidth A/D amplifier front-ends with flexible on-board memory and remote operation via Ethernet/LXI for lab and automated test applications.
