Description

LLE VERTICAL TOGGLE CLAMPS WITH FOLDED BASE, REINFORCED SERIES Material: Phosphated weldable steel. Pivots and supporting bushes: Hardened and ground steel. Handle: Red polyurethane; resistant to oils, greases and other chemical agents. Executions: • LLE: clamping lever with eyelet for spindle (to be ordered separately - see Accessories). Accessories: • Spindles. Features and applications: These tools are suitable for tightening medium and heavy loads, on welding masks, carpentry work, moulds and, in general, in applications that require large clamping forces and numerous processing cycles. The clamping and control levers are forged and the clamping lever guide is adjustable. During closing, the clamping lever is guided laterally to ensure greater stability against any transverse stresses. The movement of the levers has been designed to ensure the safety of the operator’s fingers and prevent them from being crushed during the movement of the tool. A special grease is applied to the contact surfaces to reduce friction and make the movement smoother.
