The CS Q-LEAP™ system is based on the HERO™ vibration controller and the SE-221 shock exciter. It enables secondary calibration of shock sensors as well as complete measuring instruments with very high precision and efficiency, according to ISO 16063-22 and ISO 17025.
Key features
Wide amplitude range: 1000 gn...100 000 gn (9.8 km/s²... 981 km/s²)
Traceable to national standards of PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt) or via ILAC-MRA to other national metrology institutes
Calibration of vibration sensors and a wide range of analog and digital transducers
Integrated sensor database
Integrated e-Cal™ software for the generation of calibration certificates (print, PDF...)
Easy data exchange with applications like ERP systems or measuring equipment databases
