Electro-Permanent Magnetic Chuck in Solid Steel Design
The Electro-Permanent Magnetic Chuck in solid steel design offers maximum rigidity, high clamping precision and exceptional holding forces. Thanks to its patented monoblock construction with a solid steel surface, it is ideally suited for tool and mold making as well as demanding applications in mechanical engineering.
The robust solid steel surface allows the machining of workpieces with holes and cut-outs without damaging the magnetic chuck. Optional movable pole extensions ensure distortion-free clamping and expand the range of applications for complex workpiece geometries.
The clamping force is generated by a short electrical impulse. Once activated, the system operates energy-autonomously – without further power consumption, heat generation or interfering cable connections during machining.
