Complete Machining Clamping Set The Complete Machining Clamping Set has been developed for efficient machining of workpieces requiring two setups on 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers. The system enables reliable complete machining from raw material to finished part and is ideally suited for automated production processes. Two powerful pneumatic self-centering vises are mounted on a base plate or pyramid and ensure precise workpiece positioning. During the first setup, reversible step jaws with grip inserts provide secure positive clamping of the raw material. For the second setup, soft block jaws are used, allowing custom machining into form jaws for precise holding of the pre-machined workpiece.
