OverviewThis DUT enclosure with an angled trap door was developed for submersible pump testing. The design supports safety, leak and functional tests and includes an adapter mounted on a transport carriage to handle relatively heavy DUTs.
WorkstationThe mobile workstation integrates all testing devices and control elements in its base. The trap door and the transport carriage are controlled automatically by the test system to ensure repeatable test cycles and safe handling.
OperationOperator extends the transport carriage, places the DUT and connects test contacts. The carriage is pushed into the test area on smooth-running slides. After pressing the start button, the angled trap door closes automatically and the programmed test sequence begins. Upon successful completion, the trap door reopens and the carriage is dispensed for DUT removal and exchange.
