Devices designed to absorb longitudinal expansion in pipe networks. Their modular design compensates movement and ensures leak-tightness in hydraulic systems.
STF Filters’ expansion joints are essential components in hydraulic networks where temperature variations create longitudinal pipe movements. Their purpose is to absorb expansion and relieve mechanical stress. Each unit consists of a male and female spigot, flanged or weldable, with an integrated sealing chamber and tightening system to ensure leak-proof operation. Made of S-235-JR / S-275-JR carbon steel or AISI-304 stainless steel, they are powder-coated with a 150-micron thick epoxy-polyester finish in RAL 5015 for durability and corrosion resistance. These joints are available in PN10 and PN16 ratings and cover nominal diameters from DN50 to DN1200. Their versatility allows them to be used across municipal, industrial, and agricultural applications where thermal expansion control is critical for network integrity.
Effective solution to absorb expansion in hydraulic networks
STF expansion joints are designed to absorb longitudinal movements in pipe distribution systems.
They consist of male and female spigots (flanged or smooth for welding), housing sealing and tightening systems.
Made of carbon steel S-235/S-275-JR or AISI-304 stainless steel, coated with 150-micron RAL 5015 epoxy-polyester powder.
Available for PN10 and PN16, in flanged or weldable versions, ranging from DN50 to DN1200.
