This hose is designed for general use of water and light chemicals in industry and agriculture for irrigation and drainage systems. Also eagerly used for hot water cleaning of floors, walls and all kinds of equipment. It is resistant to abrasion, weathering, ozone and heat. The hose can be offered also in a version with higher resistance to abrasion for transferring the mixture of water with sand or other abrasive materials. CONSTRUCTION Hoses of nominal diameter up to 80 mm are made in accordance with EN ISO 1403 (type 1). Hoses of nominal diameter 100 mm are made according to Stomil’s design WT-37/13/BZPG. Inner tube SBR hot water resistant black synthetic rubber. Reinforcement Interlayers made of textile cord or synthetic threads. Cover Abrasion, weather conditions and ozone resistant black SBR synthetic rubber. Hoses up to DN 12,5 have smooth surface. Larger diameters have cloth impression. METHOD OF MARKING Diameters with smooth surface are marked with white print. Larger diameters with cloth impression are marked with a green tape.
