Overview
The PAPERplus® Coiler converts preformed paper pads into coils of paper cushioning designed for large, heavy and fragile products. Intended for manufacturers and service providers handling bulky shipments, the system produces coils adapted to product size and weight and works with PAPERplus® Classic CX and PAPERplus® Track.

Operation & performance
The machine processes preformed paper pads from compatible PAPERplus® machines and produces coils for products weighing between 30 and 500 kg. Production capacity depends on product dimensions; as a reference, coils can equip up to approx. 200 cartons per day. A touch-screen interface allows setting coil diameter (20–50 cm), firmness level and compactness (compact or looser coils). Adhesive dots are applied automatically to fix the finished coil.

Compatibility
PAPERplus® Coiler is designed to be fed with paper pads produced by PAPERplus® Classic CX and PAPERplus® Track machines and is compatible with the paper formats they deliver.
