Overview
The DCR02 drum rollover cradle enables safe transfer of 200–220 L drums from a vertical to a horizontal position for handling and rack storage. It is engineered to position drums so a forklift or stacker can lift them from beneath the cradle.

Operation and handling
Ergonomic handles and the cradle’s rollover profile reduce manual input force and control the drum during rotation. An operator can push or roll a drum from vertical to horizontal safely and with minimal effort. Once horizontal, a forklift or stacker can lift the drum from the cradle for transport or storage.

Materials and construction
Manufactured in 304-grade stainless steel to provide durability, corrosion resistance and a hygienic surface finish suitable for regulated environments. Welded construction and smooth finishes simplify cleaning and maintenance.

ATEX / hazardous area option
The DCR02-Ex variant is certified for Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. ATEX units are produced to ensure electrical continuity and grounding; handles are conductive to dissipate static charge. Each unit is supplied with a Declaration of Conformity covering applicable directives and standards.
