Overview
uniLoad is a loading solution based on a linear portal cell with two parallel grippers, designed for STUDER machine types S31 and S33 with centre distances of 650 mm and 1000 mm. The system handles shafts up to 650 mm length (max Ø 100 mm) and chuck parts up to 100 mm length (max Ø 260 mm). Parts are supplied via a standardized pallet system. The base module includes an enclosure adapted to the machine design and a standard loading hatch for safe, clean operation.
