Overview
The 3‑ and 4‑axis dispensing robots provide precision dosing for liquids and pastes with configurable working areas from 200×200 mm up to 600×600 mm and Z strokes of 50 mm or 100 mm. The 4th axis offers full 360° rotation for complex dispensing paths. Drive options include belt, worm or screw (servomotor) for applications requiring higher accuracy or heavier payloads.

Applications and benefits
The stations are suitable for beads, arcs, coatings and dots from a few μL up to high flow rates (up to 250 L/min). They are optimized for automated production lines, providing repeatable deposition, reduced material waste and easy integration into assembly or test stations.
