Overview
SUPRATEC Syneo offers customised dosing robot solutions with configurable X, Y and Z axes, with axis lengths that can reach several metres. Custom units can be supplied with tailored beam heights and an optional base plate to match installation requirements.
Dispensing station - 5 axis
Five-axis digitised tables (dispensing stations) are designed for precise dosing applications. Control panels include a purge function and a front-panel selection of 100 programs. Programming is simplified via remote control. Standard bench-top robots provide the basic 3 axes (X, Y, Z) with working surfaces from 300 mm to 500 mm; two additional axes are mounted on the Y-axis for full 5-axis movement. The Z-axis stroke is specified at 100m and supports a maximum payload of 3 kg.

Digitised tables enable automation of dispensing processes. Micro-dispensing valves, reservoirs and volumetric dispensing pumps can be integrated into the tables to build a complete, production-oriented dispensing system tailored to specific process requirements.
