Description

Product overview The Thermoforming Machine Model VFS, designed and manufactured by SUTEAU-ANVER, is a hydraulic beam press for thermoforming and cutting non‑metallic materials. It processes flexible or semi‑rigid materials in rolls or sheets and is configured for high‑volume production with options for inline feeding and outfeeding systems. Made in France.

Construction and operation The frame consists of a fixed lower table and an upper movable beam supported by four vertical uprights. A central hydraulic cylinder drives the beam for controlled descent and rise. Beam guidance is provided at the four corners by celoron contact pads. Cutting action is symmetrical around the central cutting area. The bottom cutting point is defined by four mechanical stops; these stops are automatically adjusted to the die height during an adjustment phase by a motor‑reducer and electronic speed variator. After automatic setup, the cutting point can be fine‑tuned from the control screen with a resolution of 0.01 mm. An optional air spray system can be fitted to reduce contamination on the upper side of the stops.

Safety and adjustments The upper stop position (die clearance) is adjustable at any time via the operator screen. Position feedback is provided by a linear potentiometer with an accuracy of ±5 mm. For safe intervention under the movable beam, the beam can be hydraulically locked in the raised position; this lock engages automatically on machine stop or during die changes.

Key features
  • Welded mechanical frame: Fixed table and upper beam supported by vertical uprights for structural stability.
  • Symmetrical cutting force: Designed to ensure repeatable, precise cuts across the die area.
