This PE pipe extrusion line is used for the production of PE water supply pipe.The diameter range can be from 20mm to 1600mm. The PE pipe production line adopts L/D 33:1 high speed and high efficiency screw structure,it is more productive than the traditional pipe line. The PE pipe production line includes vacuum feeder, drying hopper, high efficiency single screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray tank, haul off machine, no-dust cutter and stacker.
