Description
The extrusion line is used for the production of PP-R pipe or FR/PPR pipe, the diameter range of from DN12-DN160,this pipe is a kind of high performance pipe which is produced by multi-layer co-extrusion through special process and equipment.
PPR pipe extrusion line is composed of vacuum feeder, drying hopper, single screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spary tank, haul off machine,no-dust cutting machine and stacker.
FR-PPR glass fiber PPR pipe is composed of three layers of structure. The inner and outer layer is PPR, and the middle layer is fiber reinforced composite material. The three layers are co-extruded.
