OverviewSWECO decanter centrifuges are engineered for industrial solids/liquids separation where high throughput and reliable performance are required. Built with corrosion-resistant materials and precision-balanced components, these centrifuges deliver long service life and reduced maintenance costs in demanding environments.
414 & 518The SWECO 414 and 518 models provide high recovery rates and efficient solids separation to minimize disposal costs and to recover valuable material from process streams. Both models are precision-balanced for sustained operation at high RPM, producing very high G-forces for effective dewatering.
- High recovery rates
- Efficient solids separation
- Precision-balanced for smooth high-RPM operation
- Extremely high G-forces
CD500 & CD600The CD500 and CD600 feature infinite speed adjustability on the main bowl drive and backdrive (differential), enabled by variable frequency drives on all motors for low-current starts and simplified control. Stainless-steel wetted parts, tungsten carbide hard facing on bowl and scroll, and a robust gearbox make these models suitable for heavy-duty, high-volume dewatering and versatile solids separation tasks.
- Infinite speed adjustability of main bowl drive and backdrive
- Variable frequency drives on all motors (low-amperage starts)
- Stainless steel wetted parts
- Tungsten carbide hard facing on bowl and scroll
- Superior gearbox construction
Key FeaturesCommon features across the SWECO decanter range include rugged construction with corrosion-resistant materials, a three-port feed tube, adjustable backdrive speed from -18 to +85 RPM, and tungsten carbide scroll points. The design supports adaptation to many solids separation applications while maintaining low operating and maintenance demands.
