- Controlled high-speed dynamics: Fitted with a high-speed synchronous or asynchronous gear motor, it ensures a smooth flow of material to prevent excessive thickness (perfect single layer) in front of the sensors
- Trajectory stabilisation: The conveyor’s geometry eliminates object bounce, ensuring uniform presentation and a predictable ballistic trajectory at the belt discharge point
- Industrial tubular frame: A rigid mechanically welded structure designed to absorb the dynamics of high speeds and eliminate parasitic vibrations that could interfere with the detection cameras
- Operational reliability (controlled OPEX): The use of standardised spare parts, combined with high resistance to abrasive materials (glass, metals, WEEE), reduces premature wear and ensures line availability
Available options- High-performance belt scraper: Prevents fine particles and debris from being returned under the conveyor
- Rotating cleaning brush: Keeps the belt surface clean to prevent false readings from the optical sensors
- Integrated stone ejector: Mechanical safety feature protecting the return drum against the ingress of foreign objects
- Stainless steel structure: Recommended version to prevent corrosion or to cope with harsh environmental conditions.
