QICPIC &LIXELL offer fast and reproducible analysis of particle size and shape in the range of 1 - 2,000 µm for various laboratory applications with dynamic image analysis. The pulsed LED in the QICPIC sensor optically freezes the moving particles with nanosecond exposure times, while a high-speed, high-resolution camera captures the particle projections in pin-sharp detail at a frequency of up to 500 frames per second. LIXELL is a very flexible wet dispersion system which can easily be adapted to nearly all types of applications thanks to versatile application accessories. Its basic construction consists of a flow-through cuvette with hose connections for inlet and outlet. It can be put into operation in flow-through or recirculation mode. Inlet and outlet hoses are led through the LIXELL front cover and thus enable a horizontal hose routing towards the main wet dosing unit LIQXI.
