Pasteurising/Holding and then cooling of the seamed jar/tin cans and bottles hot/warm/cold filled products such as tomato paste, pickles, juice, iced tea etc.
Pasteurising temperature is up to 95-97 C.

Construction in AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel.

Cooling Sections -
Stainless steel pumps and suction tanks with double filter and drain valve on the tunnel.
There are menhols on the each section.
There are top covers with handle on the tunnel.
There is an axial fan end of the tunnel.
Inlet conveyor is single way acetal chain belt, exit conveyor is double way acetal chain belt. And each conveyor driven by a motor reducer separately.
Main belt made from PP raised rib plastic modular system. And Main belt driven by a motor reducer controlled variable speed. There are combs at the exit of main belt for easily transition of the cans/jars.
On Pasteurising Section; There is a external multi-tube corrugated tubular heat exchanger with steam heating controlled by digital PID type temparature controller, proportional modulated pneumatic controlled steam valve and Pt100 probe.
On Pre Heating Section; There is a direct steam injection for heating of water.
On Pre Cooling, Cooling and Finally Cooling Sections; There is no heating system.
There are full cone water spray nozzles fixed to the stainless steel pipes above the main belt in the tunnel.
There is an electrical control panel on the tunnel.
