Description
BRINE / SYRUP FILLER
for filling of brine or syrup by showering into tin cans or glass jars pre-filled with solid products.
• Construction in AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel. Brine contact points are AISI 316 Cr-Ni stainless steel.
• st. steel chain belt conveyor length is approx. 3meters and width is 6”.
• It is suitable for both 1/1 and 5/1 round tins by adjustable side guards.
• Brine tank with indirect steam coil heating system under the machine conveyor.
• Brine showering reservoir above the machine.
• Automatic controlled modulated steam valve with PT100 thermo probe and digital temperature controller for steam heating.
• Variable speed controlled chain belt conveyor is driven by motoreducer.
• AISI 316 st. steel centrifugal Pump.
• Electrical panel assembled.
- It can be manufactured single or double lane conveyor depending on customer`s capacity and line requirements.
