READY MEAL COOKING UNIT It is used to cook and preparation of ready meals such as rice, pasta, soup, sauce and etc at atmospheric pressure. Dual tilting steam cooker each one has approx. 500 liters useful volume. Automatic on-off controlled steam heating jacketted for cooking of the product. Manually tilting mechanism to dump and clean. Pan body is made from AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel. Steam inlet-outlet sockets and tilting mechanism are made of mild steel. Motoreducer driven Mixer has Teflon scrapers against sticking of product to the pan`s steam surface inside.
