Description
TANPERA Shell & Plate Heat Exchangers are manufactured by welding plates to each other with laser welding. TANPERA Shell & Plate Heat Exchangers are designed for high-pressure and/or high-temperature applications. They are extensively used in applications such as cooling of plastic presses using hot oil, production of hot water with hot oil boilers, and production of hot water from high-pressure steam. A standard Shell & Plate Heat Exchanger, as produced, is designed to operate smoothly in the range of 40 bar pressure and 400°C temperature.
