OverviewSeamless high-pressure microchannel modules are manufactured by forming internal channels within a single solid metal body using a proprietary process. Internal channels are fully Au‑plated to improve corrosion resistance. The product functions as an efficient thermal conductor with circulating liquid or gas and, due to its high-pressure resistance, can be used as a mixing or analytical device in biotechnology and medical applications.
FeaturesSeamless structure without bonding layers- Complex 3D channel geometries possible
- Solid single-body construction eliminates joint-related leakage
- Designed for high-pressure service
Internal Au plating- Complete coating of internal channels improves corrosion resistance and extends module life
Design flexibility and compact size- Customizable channel layout to customer requirements
- Minimum proven outer dimensions: 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.6 mm (thickness)
Options- Tapping available at joint/connection areas
- Diamond turning for improved flatness and sharp mounting edges
DevelopmentCo-developed with the Japan Science and Technology Agency and the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (Natsume project).
End user market / ApplicationsIndustrial laser- Laser systems for welding, cutting, marking and surface treatment (e.g. annealing)
