The TENRIT RCB automatic carrot stick cutter produces up to 250 kg of carrot sticks an hour. The carrots are placed by hand in the mounting holes of the turret wheel, which cyclically rotates one position per second. Subsequently, the ends of the carrot are removed in the same step, then it is divided into several equal length parts and processed by a grating blade into sticks as the last step. Standard stick sizes are 8 x 8 mm and 10 x 10 mm. Other sizes on request. The turret wheel is available with different bores, for vegetable diameters of 40 mm, 50 mm or 60 mm.
