Grinder for crystal seed preparation TC-MP

It is designed for preparation of liquid seed – alcohol emulsion, used as a crystal basis at massecuite boiling.

Structural features
The body is made of thick-walled tube with welded bottom and grinding balls – of special steel.
Support on elastic assemblies.
Possibility of location in laboratory or directly in crystallization station.

Quality
Possibility to get a homogeneous liquid seed grains required to get high quality of prepared product as well as in sand sugar production and in refined sugar production.

Efficiency
Reduction of the crystals forming and massecuite boiling time.
Increasing of crystallization station productivity.
Reduction of water pumping during massecuite boiling on crystal basis and as a result reduction of vapour consumption at the crystallization station and at the factory in general.

Reliability
The maintenance is restricted to periodical cleaning of reducer, motor surface and fan cover from mud.
Does not contain compound elements.
