The CT-07 is a handheld device designed to measure the thickness of various coatings on ferromagnetic bases such as steel and pig iron. Its primary function is non-destructive testing of insulating coatings, ensuring accurate measurements ranging from 2 to 30,000 µm. The gauge is capable of measuring coating thickness on magnetic bases and even rust thickness on steel surfaces, including inner tube walls. It also accurately measures the thickness of electrocoatings such as zinc, chrome, cadmium, and silver on magnetic bases.
