Overview
The Finlay® 893+ is a tracked heavy-duty screening plant designed for quarrying, mining, construction & demolition waste, topsoil, recycling, sand, gravel, coal, ore and aggregate processing. The plant processes up to 800 tonnes per hour depending on material and application. Key operational adjustments include a hydraulically adjustable screenbox angle (14°–18°) and a hopper/feeder with variable working positions to optimise feed from mobile crushers or direct feed by excavator/loader. The machine is hydraulically foldable and transport-ready in under 30 minutes.

• Oversize conveyor: belt width approx. 1.6 m (63”), hydraulically raise/lower with folding head; discharge height approx. 4.55 m.
• Fines conveyor: belt width approx. 1.05 m (41”); standard discharge height approx. 4.5 m.
• All conveyors available with hydraulic extensions for increased stockpile height and simplified transport.

Undercarriage & Mobility

• Tracked undercarriage with track shoe width approx. 500 mm (20”).
• Sprocket centres and raking/gradeability configured for heavy-duty site mobility (raking angle approx. 10°, gradeability approx. 28.9°).
• Hydraulic folding for compact transport; folded and transport-ready in under 30 minutes.

T-Link Telematics

• T-Link telematics hardware and software fitted as standard with multi-year data subscription included; provides fleet, location, usage and machine health data for remote monitoring.
