Overview
The 883+ mobile scalping screener is a dual-deck, track-mounted screening plant for primary and secondary applications in quarrying, mining, construction and demolition recycling, topsoil, sand, gravel and coal. Processing capacity depends on material and configuration, up to approximately 600 t/h. Optional hybrid on-board electrical motors permit operation from an external power supply or the on-board engine.

Key features

• Modular screenbox with top and bottom decks sized 4.8 m x 1.53 m (16' x 5').
• Banana profile and increased bottom deck area to maximise fines screening.
• Hydraulically adjustable screen angle 13°–19° and hydraulic raise of screenbox discharge end by 500 mm for media access.
• Each onboard discharge conveyor powered by separate hydraulic circuits; side conveyors fully reversible as standard.
• Fines conveyor width standard 900 mm (36”); midgrade and oversize conveyor widths 800 mm and 1.2 m respectively.

Screenbox

• Top deck: 4.8 m x 1.53 m; bottom deck: 4.8 m x 1.53 m (configuration dependent).

• Screen media options: Bofor bars, harp/grid panels, woven mesh, punch plates, cascade fingers.
• Hydraulic adjustment of angle and 500 mm lift for easier media change.

Conveyors

• Midgrade conveyor: belt width 800 mm; working angle 22°–26°; standard discharge height ~3.4 m; optional telescopic section for increased discharge height and stockpile capacity.
• Oversize conveyor: belt width 1.2 m; working angle 18°–24°; standard discharge height ~3.6 m.
• Fines conveyor: belt width 900 mm; standard discharge height ~4.0 m; optional telescopic section available.

Undercarriage

• Shoe width: 400 mm.
• Approximate gradeability: 24.8°; minimum raking angle: 11°.

Telematics

• T-Link telematics hardware and software fitted for remote monitoring of machine location and status and for operational reporting (subscription details vary by region).
