The conical Tetra Pak® Vertical Homogenizer is suitable for a wide range of products, and it is fed either by gravity or through a pneumatic conveyor. An internal vertical screw conveyor moves the ingredients from the bottom to the top of the cone, ensuring a continuous movement of the ingredients until a homogeneous mix is achieved. With its low electrical consumption, low product overheating and minimal product retention, the Tetra Pak® Vertical Homogenizer is highly efficient. And thanks to the slow mixing, there is low risk of product degradation or overheating. Explosion venting The integrated pressure calculation allows installation of explosion venting on the top of the vertical homogenizer. And thanks to the optional load cells, the equipment can be used as a weighing hopper for recipe preparation. No powder in bearings The screw conveyor is powered by a gear motor with direct coupling, and air injection prevents powder from entering the bearings.
