Cerapad braids are manufactured with special highquality ceramics & inconel yarns, braided with four diagonals, impregnated with PTFE dispersion, with an external graphite coating. It is extremely hard and compact. The buffer has been designed to achieve the best results taking into account the type of system used and the operating variables, which are: Line speed Filament dimensions Uniform zinc coating Homogeneous distribution / zinc saving Buffer duration Applications Buffers for wire-drawing. These are used in wiredrawing in the procedure of galvanisation by hot immersion in zinc.
